1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Track-Trades, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using Track-Trades.

The subscriber assumes full responsibility for the use of the system and for adhering to their obligations under these Terms and any relevant laws, regulations, and rules. The subscriber agrees to implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access or use of the system. In the event of any unauthorized use, the subscriber is fully accountable. Furthermore, the subscriber shall ensure that Authorized Users promptly stop using the system if notified by Track-Trades, or if they become aware of, or suspect, any technical malfunction or security breach involving the system by an Authorized User.

At the time of registering for use or using our service the user may be asked to enter the user’s name, the user’s age, e-mail or other information.

2. Fees and Costs

Subscriber will pay Track-Trade the fees set forth on the pricing page and be responsible for all costs associated with Subscriber’s and each Authorized User’s access to and use of any Service and Licensed Products and equipment.

If payment is not received after 5 attempts, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

3. Refund policy and Termination

During our 30-day free trial, users have the opportunity to thoroughly test all the features. We are confident that this extensive trial experience provides enough information to make an informed purchase decision.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the subscription until the end of the paid period. You are responsible for checking your billing charges and canceling your subscription whenever you wish.

If Track-Trades changes its rate structure and pricing before the commencement of the renewal term and Subscriber does not accept the changes, Subscriber may terminate these Terms prior to commencement of the renewal term.

You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Upon termination or suspension, regardless of the reasons therefore, your right to use the services available on this site immediately ceases, and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or this site. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection with such termination or suspension.

4. Representations aand warranties

Subscriber expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Services and Licensed Products are on "as is" basis, at Subscriber’s sole risk. Except as otherwise specifically provided in an applicable Schedule to these Terms, Track-Trades and its third party providers will have no responsibility to maintain the Services or Licensed Products or to supply any corrections, updates or releases concerning them.

5. Limitation of liability

Track-Trades will have no liability, contingent or otherwise, to subscriber or to third parties, for the correctness, quality, accuracy, security, completeness, reliability, performance, timeliness, pricing, or continued availability of the services, or for delays or omissions in the services, or for the failure of any connection or communication service to provide or maintain subscriber’s access to a service, or for any interruption or disruption of subscriber’s access, or any erroneous communications between Track-Trades and subscriber. Track-Trades will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that subscriber may incur or experience as a result of subscriber entering into these terms or relying on the services or licensed products, even if Track-Trades is aware of the possibility of such damages. Track-Trades has no responsibility to inform subscriber of any difficulties that Track-Trades or other third parties may experience concerning the use of the services or licensed products for our accounts or other accounts, nor is Track-Trades obligated to take any action in connection with those difficulties. Track-Trades will have no duty or obligation to verify, correct, complete, or update any information displayed in or arising out of the services or licensed products. subscriber will make their own independent decision to access or use any service or licensed product and to execute any transaction. subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the services do not and will not serve as a basis for any of subscriber’s investment decisions concerning their accounts. Track-Trades (and any of our affiliates and providers) are not, and will not be, an advisor or fiduciary to the subscriber.
